The International Tourism Partnership

The International Tourism Partnership (ITP) was founded by HRH The Prince of Wales to inspire global leaders in the travel and tourism industry on a non-competitive platform, to share knowledge and resources, develop policy and actively implement programmes and initiatives that have a positive impact on social, economic and environmental issues. Now in its 15th year, the ITP assists the industry to make a valuable contribution to the countries and cultures in which they operate, to their customers, their shareholders and future generations. It is a key programme of the International Business Leaders Forum.

For the past ten years, greenhotelier has been inspiring, educating and challenging the hotel industry to become more responsible. It has become the source of practical information on environmental and socio-economic issues affecting the sector and a showcase of best practice around the world. In short, it tells the good stories.

InterfaceFLOR

Founded by Ray Anderson in 1973, Interface revolutionised the commercial floorcovering industry by producing the first carpet tiles nearly 50 years ago through the Heuga product range. Now, with a rich history of product design, innovation and sustainability, Interface is the world's leading manufacturer of modular, soft-surfaced floorcovering. Under the direction of award winning product designer David Oakey, Interface pioneered the concept of non-directional modular floorcovering. The collection found its genesis in Oakey's exploration of biomimicry, or the idea that products should mimic nature in terms of aesthetics and functionality.

This collection of flooring with random designs means that installations have less waste, no attic stock is required for refurbishment, and multiple dye-lots can be used in any installation. Interface has developed modular products specifically engineered to meet the unique demands required for the high traffic environments in all markets. Interface Europe is a division of Atlanta-based Interface, Inc., and is deeply immersed in the corporate mission to make Interface a sustainable corporation by leading a worldwide effort to design sustainable products, manufacturing and development processes.
